EUCOR (Electric-arc melt & cast material) : Eucor products are applied to the pneumatic transport pipe line (Fine material, PCI, Silica. Sintering mine etc), chute, cyclone inlet, separator,the wall of glass melting furnace, slag runner, skid rail, heat exchanger where need extream abrasion resistance and Heat resistance as lining material. Eucor is excellent especially in the hardness just next to diamond.
It consist of AZS (Alumina 50%, Zirconia 33% and Silica 12%). It is used in order to save maintenance cost and stability of facility.
Specification
EUCOR (AZS) : Eucor is evaluated best quality products in abrasion resistance, heat resistance that ever been developed as hardness just next to diamond. Abrasion in Eucor is 0.15times higher than that of cast basalt.
Eucor is suitable to skid rail in heating furnace where need extreme high temperature resistance and abrasion resistance. It is evaluated best product in pneumatic raw material transport line where extreme abrasion is occurred. Excellent Physical Characteristics

Eucor has excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance upto the temperature 1,700°C
Sliding Characteristics
The grinded and using cast basalt lined pipes and chutes have been measured the coefficient of friction is 0.021 it is smaller 20~30% than common steel plate. Especially in the rainy season, you do not need to add extra machine like vibrator or men-power in order to remove the raw material with water on the wall of facility.
Not only good sliding uses to carry for raw material, but also less the resistance of saved facility, and improving carrying/discharging ability. The more you use the cast basalt, the better sliding the surface.

Far-infrared Emission
The raw material of cast basalt is natural stone, after melting and casting the basalt, it emits the far infrared max. 0.974. this data have been reported by Korea standardization science reserach center.
Take advantage of the high far-infrered emission, it can be applied to filed of management of health like the wall of sauna, food storage system. Besides these applications, cast basalt with high infrared emission can be applied to the field of almost every hygienic application.
High Temperature Resistance
Eucor(AZS 33%) products are mainly used in the facilities where need high temperature resistance & high abrasion resistance like skid rail on heating furnace, floor and wall of glass melting furnace and burner tile etc.
It has excellent heat resistance upto 1,700°C and belongs to the 1st grade of ceramics. We produce any shape of Eucor products like bricks, lining materials and tiles etc. in accordance to customer's requirement. Application
